Guide and coach me in how to use AI tools in my training program

I am the CEO of a training firm that trains consultants in diagnostic consulting skills. I would like to enable our core consulting process with AI tools and someone who is fluent and familiar with most if not all of these tools to guide and coach me how to use them in my training programme (please see attached word document). Following this project I am interested in someone helping me develop the actual programme in more detail but that is Phase 2, once I have got a better understanding of what is required.
