i JUST started my TIK TOK channel

It is a chirstian Niche
I have two questions

1 )I am in the CAYMAN ISLANDS ( which is also a territory of the UK/ENGLAN) I want to get monetised for the Creator Program for Tik Tok
I know i need 10,000 Followers and 100.000 Likes to become monetised with TIK TOk

Cayman islands is not in tik Tok list> And yes i do not want to open a LLC in USA
Cayman islands - so that means i have a BRITISH PASSPORT

Can anyone tell me if i just show TIK TOK my Passport if i can still get Monetised with them?
