CRITERIA for this jo
1) Can get it done in 3days
2) Once completed is willing to wait to get paid in about 3 weeks ( because once you complete , then our local Planning Dept will review your work and see it is approved) Then i can release the funds to you
3) If your work is not approved they will email you back and tell you why they dissapproved it , then you make those changes, Then i resubmit it to them
Once approved by our Planning Dept i release the funds to you
4) TIME IS VALUABLE ,, so no time wasters please
