Hi everyone,

I am arbia richet lives in london, i just bought a small place in south of france in ardeche region . the place is very old need to be re-built. it has a base of 70 sq meter ground floor , 1st floor and 2 nd floor which make up 120 sq meter of habitable surface , we can expand the last floor in terms of high to have more space . I am looking for an architect with creative and open mind. i would like to keep the place with a rusty and contemporary style however i remain open to any other suggestion.
the place can be re-build with 2 flats, studio, and terrace that gives a nice view of the village. I am intersted to work with someone who has previous experience in working with old building and low budget material
