Experience Level: Intermediate
We’re looking for a reliable virtual administrative assistant to help us implement a new company in the UK, and shortly after, on mainland Europe. We want to find someone that is very reliable, honest, and hardworking that we can build a long term relationship with.
Depending on the work load, it can take from 1 to 2 hours a day, 5 days a week, to start with. Flexible hours! Can easily progress to full time in a short time if you have initiatives and will.
Salary will correspond to skill level. If you're worth £20 per hour or more, we'll be happy to provide.

The tasks that are require are:
- Research - using the Internet or other information databases
- Outbound and inbound calls - to clients, vendors or others (no outbound cold calling)
- Social Media and blog management
- Travel planning and coordination
- Email management through Gmail
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible, online via Skype during agreed-upon office hours
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail
- Polite and courteous
- Believes in outstanding service and support
- Great English speaker
- French speaker a plus!
Ideally, you will be familiar with:
. Microsoft Office XP Professional 2003 & 2007 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
. Facebook, Twitter, Skype, MSN messenger, Google Docs
. eBay
. UK legal system
. Proofreading (grammar and spelling) (French & English)
. Research on the Web
. Managing e-mails (Gmail), blogs and internet ads
. Making travel arrangements
. Communicating efficiently with customers
. Writing skills
. Typing and correcting documents
. Customer service
. Data entry
. Other administrative skills needed
Tasks examples:
- Live chat representation on three websites. The job will include talking customers through our websites and products, helping customers to place orders and responding to customer enquiries generally.
- Emails to customers. Answering general leads (our order process / delivery times), questions relating to our products and orders. Helping customers with customer service (delivery times and charges). Pro-active customer service - Emailing customers on a regular basis with status updates regarding their orders.
