Experience Level: Entry
We are a small but quickly growing Property Services company who trade in London offering landlords and estate agents the required legal certificates to rent their properties. We have a vacancy for an additional Sales Administrator to receive and action phone calls and emails from individual home owners and trade clients. The right candidate will also need to process quotations for additional work and call customers to renew their services that they had the previous year.
All sales are received via telephone, online chat, our website or email. The role is to respond to these leads, input them into our CRM system and book an engineer to complete the job through our diary management system. This means that diary management experience is essential and knowledge of CRM systems would also be an advantage. All of our systems are web-based and training will be provided. Knowledge of the London area would also be an advantage, but not essential.
The ability to work under pressure is required due to certain times of the day being extremely busy. You must be hard working, self-motivated and have the ability to act on your own initiative with an excellent telephone manner.
Other duties will include some admin and confirmation calls. The hours would be Monday – Friday 4 hours per day to start, with the option to do extra hours as and when required.
Although based in London, this is a role that would be able to be completed remotely. If you would like to be part of a growing company and feel that you have the skills we require then please bid on this role.
