Well spoken, polite and very helpful individual required to support the day to day role of the business owner.

The main duties would include receiving inbound calls, assisting clients with basic telephone queries, basic diary management and sending out email invoices in the first instance.

Other additional projects would periodically be added including other clerical work, short research projects, writing copy, social media etc. as the business and the relationship develops.
