Hello,
We are a commercial cleaning contractor based in Birmingham and we provide cleaning services to a range of clients. We normally create a work specification for the cleaners to follow based on the clients requirements and this can be separated out into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly duties. We have just won a large contract that will need a more detailed work specification to be put in place and I'm looking for the cleaners to tick and sign the duties off each day, so that there is an audit trail of what has been done and what is left to do for that period.
The premises will be split into 3 zones and each cleaner will be responsible for that zone. I can send a list of duties for each area but need the above to be created.
I have attached what we use currently to give you an idea of the basics.
