Website Rebrand Figma or HTML Mockups

Website rebrand project for a professional property management firm. We need execution of website mockups based on an existing brand and messaging system. Your role is to apply the provided brand, structure, and tone, not to reinterpret or redesign them. You will deliver either high-fidelity Figma mockups or static HTML/CSS mockups. These are visual and structural mockups only. No backend work, no CMS setup, and no production build are required. The scope includes a Home page, How We Operate, Services, Technology, About, Contact or Request a Proposal, and a visual-only Portal Entry. Interior pages may reuse shared templates rather than requiring unique designs per page. Brand, tone, and hierarchy are predefined. Full logo redesign is out of scope; limited refinements or touch-ups may be required to align with the existing brand. Copywriting beyond placing provided content into layouts is not included. UX research, testing, exploration, animations, and interaction experiments are explicitly out of scope. The engagement includes one primary design pass and one revision round only. The final result should feel calm, professional, and institutional, with clear information hierarchy and no marketing hype or startup language. Customers should feel trust within 30 seconds of viewing the site. We work with a clearly defined scope, written feedback, milestone-based approvals, and a finish-and-exit engagement model. Digital projection/motion Designer – Dystopian 'Wizard of Oz'

The Project: Our performing arts college is deep into rehearsals for The Yellow Path—a high-concept, dystopian reimagining of The Wizard of Oz (opening March 2026). The setting is OzCorp: a 1950s "pretty prison" theme park where the Wizard uses vintage-style ads and TV screens to enforce "happiness." We have already completed a significant portion of the visual designs and video assets. However, due to a shift in our artistic vision, we need a designer to step in immediately to tweak existing assets and create a few select new pieces to ensure the look is cohesive. What Needs Doing: We have very clear ideas and existing examples to guide you. The workload involves: Refining Existing Work: Adjusting current projections and videos to match our updated "OzCorp" branding. This includes updating the Wizard’s castle interior and specific signage. New Asset Creation: Developing a 1950s house caught in a digital cyclone, a "processed" Munchkinland cornfield with a broken 1950s sign, and a haunted metallic forest littered with tech salvage. The Aesthetic: A blend of 1950s "perfect" Americana (think vintage Coca-Cola or soap ads) mixed with dark, industrial decay. The Ideal Candidate: Fast & Collaborative: We need a quick turnaround. I have the reference images and the vision ready—I just need your technical skills to bring them to the finish line. Skilled in Revision: You should be comfortable taking existing files/concepts and "plus-ing" them to match a specific brief. Pro-Level Output: While this is a school production, our standards are professional and reputable. I am looking for an experienced children’s puzzle writer and/or activity book creator to develop 50 original, immersive detective mystery cases for children aged 7–9. The working tile of teh book is 'The Holiday Detective Activity Book for Kids Ages 7–9”'. This is not a story book but a kids activity book for school holidays based on solving mysteries . The aim of this book is to make children feel like they are real detectives solving mysteries, rather than simply completing standard activity book puzzles. This should NOT feel like a typical kids’ activity book filled with word searches, crosswords, or random puzzles.
