Convert A4 InDesign letterhead to Microsoft Word template

I’m looking for a skilled InDesign layout designer with an aptitude for data and in AI-assisted graphics (for example, working confidently with prompts) to help me complete an ongoing design project. The work involves supporting the production of technical product materials, including product overviews, product pages, catalogues, and manufacturer lists. I’m already a proficient to advanced InDesign user, so I’m looking for someone operating at a similar level who’s comfortable working collaboratively rather than being briefed step-by-step. This would suit someone who enjoys structured layout work, is comfortable handling data tables and large image sets, and is happy working within clear creative and brand guidelines. The emphasis is on accuracy, consistency, and delivery rather than open-ended creative exploration. You’ll need to be organised, methodical, and able to work on your own initiative. Familiarity with technical language would be helpful. The InDesign templates are around 60–70% complete, so the role is about building on what’s already in place and helping get the project finished to a high standard. Ideally, you’d be based in the South East of England, as I travel regularly between East Sussex and Hertfordshire, and there may be occasional opportunities to meet in person. There’s potential for this to develop into ongoing work if it’s a good fit.

Children’s Activity Book Designer (Interior + Cover) – KDP

I publish a range of children’s activity books and am expanding the series with two additional titles. I am looking for a freelancer to produce both interior layouts and full print-ready covers using existing Adobe InDesign files from previously published books. This is production and assembly work using established templates, not a redesign project. We need to have a brochure revised.

We need to modify a brochure which we only have as a .pdf and would like back as an editable InDesign file ready to print or for further revision in the future. We have mocked up the layout for the new version in Powerpoint with extensive notes, have the original available, have all images in good quality and have all text. Total length is 16 pages and needs to have 3mm bleed for Solopress to be able to print. We don't have the Indesign skills to complete the project but we do know exactly what we want this to look like. We'd like to get this sent to print early next week. Ideally we'd like to be able to get revisions done if necessary and further updates in the future. Are you available to complete this in the next few days? What would you charge. I'm assuming you have PowerPoint so you can view notes etc, otherwise we can probably export as something else where you can view the notes. Font in original is Bliss Pro but think Adobe Myriad Pro would be a good replacement.

Update Existing A4 Trifold Leaflet PDF

Project Description I have an existing A4 trifold leaflet for my consultancy which needs updating. The current trifold leaflet is in PDF. The leaflet is already designed and structured, but I require a designer to update and refine several elements. The overall layout and style should remain largely the same. We require a professionally designed partners booklet layout for KICC 2026 based on the attached content document. The booklet will be approximately 14 pages, full-colour, A5 landscape, print-ready, and should follow a clean editorial conference publication style. Attached is the current conference poster for an idea of the 2026 design themes and colours. . The designer should develop a cohesive visual identity aligned with the KICC 2026 theme colours and branding, ensuring strong typographic hierarchy, consistent grid layout, section dividers and high-quality professional imagery relevant to oncology, medical conferences, research, collaboration and the conference venue.
