An experienced KDP designer need for a small booklet guide book

I need a designer with experience in Kindle Direct Publishing and Amazon print-on-demand to convert an existing PDF workbook into fully compliant files ready for upload and resale to my students. The project involves taking a finished PDF and formatting it into a Kindle-compatible eBook file (such as EPUB/KPF) and a print-ready file that meets Amazon’s trim size, margins, bleed, and font requirements. You should be able to ensure that the layout, images, headings, and page breaks display cleanly across Kindle devices and in print, preserving the professional look of the original workbook. Familiarity with tools like Kindle Create, InDesign, or similar book-formatting software is essential, and prior experience formatting and uploading books to Amazon KDP is required. Once complete, I want files that I can upload directly to my KDP account so the workbook can be sold to my students with minimal further adjustments
