Custom Stainless Steel Puzzle Plate Fabrication

The puzzle consists of two matching stainless steel plates, each measuring 6" x 6". The second plate overlays the first plate to reveal selected images through cutout openings. Plate 1 – Data Plate Specifications: * Material: Durable stainless steel * Size: 6" x 6" * Finish: Clean, professional, suitable for engraving * Include a 7 x 7 etched grid (49 total cells) * Grid should resemble a spreadsheet or Excel-style layout * Grid lines must be clearly visible and precisely aligned * Each cell must be large enough to allow the customer to engrave one cartoon-style image/photo in each square * Total capacity: 49 engraved cartoon images, one per cell * A small company logo will be supplied and must be engraved in the upper-left corner * Include one alignment hole in the upper-right corner: * Diameter: 1/16" * Used to align with the Cutout Plate --- Plate 2 – Cutout Plate Specifications: * Material: Same stainless steel as the Data Plate * Size: 6" x 6" * Must align exactly with the Data Plate * Include the same 7 x 7 etched grid layout * Include the same company logo in the upper-left corner * Include the same 1/16" alignment hole in the upper-right corner * Randomly remove selected grid cells so that when this plate is placed over the Data Plate, the customer can see certain engraved cartoon images through the openings #Cutout Requirements * Standard version: 24 cutout cells * Possible beginner version: 12 cutout cells * The 24-cell cutout pattern must appear random * Every Cutout Plate produced must be unique * No two Cutout Plates may have the same cutout pattern * The manufacturer must be able to track and ensure that all generated patterns are different from one another --- # Manufacturing Requirements The selected manufacturer should be able to: * Produce precise, repeatable 6" x 6" stainless steel plates * Laser etch the 7 x 7 grid and logo cleanly * CNC cut or laser cut the selected cell openings accurately * Maintain perfect alignment between the Data Plate and Cutout Plate * Create and manage a large number of unique cutout configurations * Recommend appropriate stainless steel thickness for durability while remaining easy to handle * Package each customer set as: * 1 Data Plate * 1 Matching Cutout Plate * Optional game instructions --- # Please Include in Your Proposal When responding, please provide: 1. The product is a tourniquet with a magnetic buckle. I need the product to be accurately recreated in 3D, ready to be animated, with clean topology, UVs and textures. The hard plastic parts (buckle, windlass rod, etc) and the flexible fabric parts need to be separate elements within the assembled model, so they can be animated separately. Many more reference photographs and measurements can be provided to the chosen artist, including any specifics requested. The final animation will be done in Cinema 4D, so the model and needs to be supplied in a supported format.

Fabric and Component Data Sheets

I need a number of Data sheets produced for our fabric ranges and a few components we are offering. The Data sheets require all of the information which I can provide along with colour blocks which match the fabrics in the range. I need our logos, address, email and phone number to be on the data sheets and to follow our colour theme of black and white. Please find an example of the data sheet we had previously. We offer fabrics and components to the window blind industry so it will need to be relevant to that. Up to 10 Data sheets could be required.
