We are a UK based metal fabrication company looking to build a structured B2B pipeline targeting manufacturing and industrial businesses.
We are not looking for high volume LinkedIn automation or generic social media activity.
We are looking for a UK based B2B outbound specialist who understands how to generate meaningful conversations with decision makers in manufacturing companies.
Target roles include production managers, operations directors, procurement leads and business owners.
The goal is to build consistent, qualified pipeline for repeat batch fabrication work.
Initial scope:
• Define and refine ideal customer profile
• Develop structured LinkedIn outreach messaging
• Manage connection and follow up process
• Track acceptance rates, conversation rates and booked calls
• Optimise approach monthly based on data
This is a part time ongoing role for the right person.
