Research Study Title: Study on Work Experiences

If we receive your colleague’s rating at the end, you will be required to change the proposed amount later. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Researchers at UNSW and University of Toronto are conducting a project about workers’ experience in their gig work and primary job. If you are interested, the research project is looking for people who want to take part in this research and who are: (1) Between 18 and 60 years old; (2) Have a full-time job (primary job); (3) Work in a team in their primary job; (4) Conduct part-time job on the gig work platform PeoplePerHour. This is a 2-wave survey study, with each survey wave taking approximately 12-14 minutes to complete. Completing BOTH waves of surveys are a precondition to receive the renumeration. As a token of our appreciation for participants' valuable input, eligible participants who complete both waves of surveys diligently will receive USD$10 via PeoplePerHour. Additionally, after completing the wave 2 survey, participants will have the option to recommend a different survey to one colleague in their workgroup in their primary job. Participants will need to recruit a colleague who is either at the same level or hold a higher position (their leaders) to provide performance ratings. Hi, my name is Xuan Kai and I am working as a full time physiotherapist from Singapore. I am starting out a youtube channel right now that is centered around side hustles, personal finance, investing and personal development and I currently have 52 subscribers. I am interested in hiring a video editor for my youtube videos and your job will be to edit 1-3 long form videos per week (ranging from 5 - 10 minutes on average per video with about 15 - 30 minutes of footage to look through). I am looking for someone who can edit and make my videos more engaging and interesting with B-Roll, motion graphics, colour grading, transitions, green screen and even subtitles. I will ensure that I can give you as much creative freedom as possible but I would like the videos to be of a similar style to Ali abdaal, Alex hormozi and Iman Gadzhi. The salary will probably be per video, depending on your experience level and quality of work that you can produce anywhere from $100 - $150 but that can be discussed further once we have finalized working together. It would be nice if you used final cut pro as well because that is the video editor that I use and I can add in final edits should I choose to. Hi there, I am looking for an experienced and diligent partner to help with our book keeping processes. This is an ongoing project and I am looking for someone to work with long term. The weekly processes will be - 1) Booking invoices on to Xero (our invoices are generated by a third party system) we will produce these and then email them. The data needs to be transposed/uploaded onto Xero, ideally with the invoice attached Xero (pdf) We produce invoices on a weekly, monthly basis. 2) We may ask the freelancer to email these invoices to our customers also, we will provide access to our O365 mailbox. 3) Reconciliation - perform a weekly reconcilation of Xero, allocating all customer funds to the correct invoices. The freelancer may need to visit the above mentioned mailbox to view remittance advices from customers 4) Queries - any issues/part payments may need to be discussed with our customers via email 5) Overdue payments / statements - chasing overdue payments and sending statements 6) A fortnightly catch up with me, probably half hour / hour call to discuss any issues (although I will always be on hand if any issues arrise) 7) Maintain customer data in Xero - updating static customer data, opening new customers on Xero 8) Answering customer invoice queries - 2/3 per week on average We are a small business, i would assume there is around 4-5 hours work per week here.
