Draw Architectural Sketches WITHOUT Using AI

I would like to have a series HIGH QUALITY architectural sketches drawn of 10 properties (building architecture, landscape, contextual streetscape to be captured as applicable). IMPORTANTLY: I DO NOT WANT ANY AI GENERATED IMAGES I also don’t want them to look like converted/filtered photographs. Deliverable output is for commercial website use - copywrite must belong to me and images CANNOT be used on your public or PPH portfolio, website, etc. Sketches to be greyscale and I will specify landscape/portrait orientation for each sketch. Sizing will be to suite 1920x1080 for landscape and 1080x1350 for portrait. I will supply multiple images of completed buildings - will provide multiple images of finished buildings for reference I have attached a sample below. We have an image we want re-drawing with our logos/information on it, A4 Portrait, and with an additional drawing adding to it. Just to clarify, we need it re-done and not just copied. The additional drawing to add to the Carbon Monoxide section is for a CO2 alarm near a gas cooker hob. The legislation is ""A CO alarm near a gas hob should be placed 1–3 metres horizontally from the hob, situated at head height on a wall, or on the ceiling at least 300mm from walls. It must be placed above door/window level (15–30cm below the ceiling) to avoid false alarms from cooking fumes."" So the new drawing must show this some how. Planning Drawings for an Outdoor gym

I need architectural drawings and building regs drawings for an outdoor gym building in my garden. These are exact sizes. 5m x 16.8m x 12.5m x 5m x 7m x 11.8m The eaves height will be 2.5m and the roof is dual pitched roof with maximum height of 4m. We need all elevations. Also need uk builds regs drawing. The building will be made form 4inch concrete block. There will be roof trusses. The floor will be a concrete slab supported by piles and could do will a structural design etc . We need pile foundations with a concrete beams for floor. The right wing of the building put in a WC/ changing roof / shower - i think right wing corner on edge. Rest of gym is open plan.

Hi, I am looking for someone to create a P&ID drawing from a scan of an old drawing that I have a PDF of & no time to trace myself. It needs to be constructed using a symbols template that I will provide in order to align with my clien't requirements. I'm not worried about producing an actual drawing in paperspace I just need it as a modern version with all elements in modelspace. The outputted dwg file needs to have been drawn in Autocad or sister product to ensure full compatibility for our use going forwards.

2D / 3D CAD Designer Needed for Simple Product Design

I am looking for someone to help us take sketches, drawings and annotations and deliver 2D technical drawings and a 3D image of single pet products, such as toys, bowls, collars etc. 2D - The 2D technical drawing just has to be an outline with measurements and fabric samples etc. So black outline on white showing length, width in mm and fabric, simple 2D flat outline. Also show colours, but this can be a 2nd copy of the outline just with colours. You will be working from a PDF document I provide. Sometimes it may be a vaugue idea and you need to create and design, sometimes it may be more detailed and you need to just follow the document. See example of artwork. Ideally you can show me similar examples you have done, they do not have to be pet products but you should show me some work that resembles technical artwork drawing.
