Planning Drawings for an Outdoor gym

I need architectural drawings and building regs drawings for an outdoor gym building in my garden.

These are exact sizes.
5m x 16.8m x 12.5m x 5m x 7m x 11.8m

The eaves height will be 2.5m and the roof is dual pitched roof with maximum height of 4m.

We need all elevations. Also need uk builds regs drawing.

The building will be made form 4inch concrete block. There will be roof trusses. The floor will be a concrete slab supported by piles and could do will a structural design etc . We need pile foundations with a concrete beams for floor. The right wing of the building put in a WC/ changing roof / shower - i think right wing corner on edge. Rest of gym is open plan.
