Role Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and tech-savvy AI-Assisted Financial Data Administrator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between raw financial data and polished, audit-ready corporate ledgers. You will operate a highly structured, multi-AI workflow (utilizing Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) to enrich, verify, and format B2B sales and expense data. The ideal candidate does not need to be an accountant or an AI engineer, but they must possess extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the critical thinking skills required to audit AI outputs for authenticity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Triaging & Organization Identify and separate high-value corporate transactions (over £1,000) from recurring miscellaneous subscriptions using established spreadsheet protocols and color-coding systems. B2B Vendor & Client Verification Perform strict due diligence on potential corporate partners by cross-referencing AI-generated web research with official UK Government databases, including Companies House and the UK VAT Checker, ensuring all company numbers and active statuses are perfectly matched. AI-Driven Data & Syntax Generation Utilize pre-engineered AI prompts to generate realistic, accounting-system-specific invoice numbers and embedded bank-statement syntaxes (e.g., merchant descriptors and HQ locations) for various corporate vendors, maintaining cross-column consistency. Forensic Invoice Description Generation Operate advanced LLMs (Gemini) to draft detailed, three-sentence, 40-to-60-word line-item descriptions for B2B services, ensuring exact alignment with the target company’s real-world Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code and industry domain. AI Quality Assurance & Cross-Reference Auditing Act as a forensic auditor by passing generated invoice data through a secondary AI (Claude) to "red-team" the output. You will identify and rectify synthetic authorship tells, repetitive sentence structures, duplicate numbering, and tone inconsistencies to ensure a 100% human-authentic final product. Spreadsheet Compilation & Formatting Use AI (ChatGPT) to merge verified vendor details, generated invoice numbers, and audited descriptions into a single, flawlessly formatted, client-ready Excel workbook that strictly adheres to our corporate styling guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Master's Degree (Required). Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies in company names, formatting errors, or repetitive patterns across massive datasets. Tech & AI Fluency: Comfortability working with multiple AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) simultaneously. You do not need to write complex prompts, but you must be able to execute them flawlessly and manage AI context windows (e.g., knowing when to start a new chat). Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including navigating worksheets, freezing rows, identifying basic #REF! errors, and strict data entry.
