BIM modelling – 10 elevations of office wall (WoodNLite)

Project description We’re WoodNLite (woodnlite.com) and need an experienced BIM modeller to produce BIM-ready files for a wood-and-glass office partition system. Scope: 10 elevations (architectural elevations of the partition wall types) plus parametric profiles, door and sidelite families, and the detailed hardware variants listed below. Files must be accurate, production-ready, and easy to specify by architects and contractors. What we need Deliver high-quality BIM assets for our wood-and-glass partition system that can be dropped into Revit (and exported to IFC/DWG). Work includes: 10 elevation drawings / 3D elevation models of typical partition wall conditions (architectural scale). Parametric profiles for wood rails and stiles (so widths & glass lite patterns can be adjusted). Door and sidelite families: Door + one sidelite Door + two sidelites (one either side) One as above withPair doors Each of the above with: overhead closer, built-in bottom rail closer, and floor closer variants (so 3 hardware variants per elevation where applicable). Glass panes, gaskets, and simple glass hardware represented (not engineering-level connections unless requested). A materials/finishes schedule (names and simple parameters: wood species, glass type, finish). Exportable files: native Revit .rvt and .rfa families, IFC, DWG (plans/elevations/sections), and optional SketchUp/ArchiCAD if available. Level of detail: suitable for specification and coordination (LOD 300 / BIM for design documentation). Please state if you propose LOD 350/400 and pricing for that. File & delivery expectations (Acceptance criteria) Cleanly named families and views (consistent naming convention). Fully parametric profiles for stiles/rails and hardware (users must be able to change rail width and pull handles and locking ladder pull). One Revit project file containing the 10 elevations with correct scale and annotation (and separate family files for doors and sidelites). IFC export that preserves geometry and material names. DWG elevations and a simple PDF set (for quick review). A short PDF or text readme listing model assumptions, unit settings, and how to edit the parametric options. Models checked for geometry errors (no overlapping solids; families should be workset-ready). Provide 3 sample renders/screenshots of representative elevations. Sample elevations / variations to model (from us) Door + two sidelite (one each side) Door + two sidelites (free swing) Door + two sidelites (overhead closer) Door + two sidelites (built-in bottom rail closer) Door + two sidelites (floor closer) (These are examples — include additional typical partition conditions among the 10 elevations: full-height, partial-height, fixed glazed panel with wood stiles, corner condition, entry with transom, etc.) What to quote / include in your proposal Fixed price (or hourly with estimated hours). Do not assume a timeline from us — include your proposed lead time in your bid. What file formats you will deliver (minimum: Revit .rvt/.rfa, IFC, DWG, PDF). Your proposed LOD and whether you can deliver optional LOD upgrade and at what price. Short portfolio of 2–3 previous BIM projects, preferably partitions, curtain walls, or bespoke joinery families. Short note on the Revit version you’ll use and whether families will be backward-compatible (or if you’ll supply multiple versions). Confirmation you will supply a short readme and basic usage instructions. Any assumptions or exclusions (e.g., not providing MEP coordination, structural connections, shop drawings). Digitising a drawing into a format

You need to digitise (convert to digital format) the drawing. The expected result is an exact copy in AutoCAD (DWG or DXF), PDF or other convenient format. I seek a skilled 3D modelling professional well-versed in architectural design software to meticulously recreate the heritage structure of an old parish church. Using precise measurement data and historical references, the virtual replica must faithfully represent the external and internal architectural aesthetics as well as structural nuances of the sacred building down to the finest details. The 3D model is required to be built in ArchiCAD, the industry-leading BIM design platform, to allow for detailed schematic plans, realistic renderings and comprehensive technical documentation. The virtual construction shall begin with geometric construction of the building mass and shell based on surveyed dimensions followed by meticulous modelling of intricate design elements like arched entrances, stained glass windows, ornamental motifs, wooden furnishings etc. Special attention needs to be given to structurally simulate load-bearing walls, buttresses, trusses, vaults and other engineered components. High-resolution texture maps replicating actual surface materials shall be applied. On completion, the model must be fully annotated, layered and packaged and handed over along with documentation for future reference, academic research or reconstruction purposes if required. I am an architect and interior designer and I am working on many projects at the moment and need someone to help with the CAD drafting portion.
