I need a 3D model of condominium in Osaka (japan)

Design details: I have to make a well detailed 3d model of a condominium in Japan. no render only modeling. Please read well the attached PDF and the drawing in the link below. I need very clean 3d polygonal geometry. No mess polygons . I need 3d model that respect the design in every details reported in the 2D DXF files.

Things to avoid: BIM CAD modeling, mess polygons, un-precise 3d modeling, little gap between elements, modeling before thinking.

On proposal please report the 3D modeling software that you will use.
I prefer Blender modeler, but it's ok also other polygonal software like 3dsmax.

- Please don't post proposal if your working 3d modeling software is BIM or CAD (Revit, archicad, autocad, sketchup, etc..).
- Please report the 3d modeling software that you will use for this work.
- Please read well all documentation attached.

1. The scale of 3d model must be in meter. 1 unit = 1 meter;
2. all the walls, even the internal ones that are not seen, must be modeled;
3. If you use Blender, Please use the “Duplicate linked” (alt-d)function to copy repetitive objects, like windows, sliding doors and also entire repetitive floors. (this is very import)
4. Please detail as much as possible the entrance of the first floor.
5. I will provide the 3D model of the entrance door to be re-adapted for dimensions and details to the project;
6. I will also provide a generic 3D model of the windows and windows doors with sliding profile, which you will adapted to the project;
7. do not insert trees.
