Bad things can happen. In this case, we just wasted 2 weeks plus down payment, and not reach even the first milestone of the project before suddenly getting informed that he had some technical issue and he needs to back-out from the project.

Kristpas did a great work, He is a very good designer, I will work with him more in the future

Kristaps also produces very good 3D renders with a great attention to detail - highly recommended.
