Archicad mesh creation

Can you please give me a separate price and timescale for the project attached. It needs to be created in archicad for incorporation into one layer of my existing archicad 25 model. Only the terrain with contours is required ( buildings shown to have slab only and no trees are required

I attach a pdf and will forward dwgs in due course if accepted.
