Create full set of detailed 2D & 3D drawings

I seek a skilled 3D modelling professional well-versed in architectural design software to meticulously recreate the heritage structure of an old parish church. Using precise measurement data and historical references, the virtual replica must faithfully represent the external and internal architectural aesthetics as well as structural nuances of the sacred building down to the finest details.

The 3D model is required to be built in ArchiCAD, the industry-leading BIM design platform, to allow for detailed schematic plans, realistic renderings and comprehensive technical documentation. The virtual construction shall begin with geometric construction of the building mass and shell based on surveyed dimensions followed by meticulous modelling of intricate design elements like arched entrances, stained glass windows, ornamental motifs, wooden furnishings etc.

Special attention needs to be given to structurally simulate load-bearing walls, buttresses, trusses, vaults and other engineered components. High-resolution texture maps replicating actual surface materials shall be applied. On completion, the model must be fully annotated, layered and packaged and handed over along with documentation for future reference, academic research or reconstruction purposes if required.
