I need a Website Developed for Truck Dispatching Company
We’re a company that provides Dispatching services to Motor Carriers in North America (Primarily the US), so We’re looking to get a 6-page Website made for our business. They should include an About Us page, a Contact us form where the Carriers can enter in their email addresses and reach out to us. Also, every page should have a call to action button labeled (Join US) which would redirect them to our contact form (Make sure that the Contact form can’t be abused by bots or spammers). We also want to require a ‘Documents Required’ page where our sales team can direct the carrier to enter their company details in the fields and then also submit their company operating documents in PDF/JPG/JPEG/PNG etc. formats and the completed form is sent to our Sales email. We also want a blog page to increase our SEO as it could be a place to cover a few topics related to the Spot Freight market in the Logistics industry. Regarding the content, our color schemes and fonts will be shared with you. Emphasis has to be put on good SEO practices with the right keywords and original content. I want the Google Search Console to show me great numbers about my website and want my page to be on top when carriers search for Dispatch services. I would also like about 3-4 emails to be prepared for our business and be able to host our website as well.

If you're happy to, please edit part of the file to show your editing/proofreading skills. I will not pay for someone to use Grammarly or similar; these don't pick up on minor issues.

Business Governance
A business governance program is essential for a small business to ensure that it has the right controls and reporting in place to scale as it grows. The program should include a framework for decision-making, risk management. It should also provide a structure for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the business, and for making necessary adjustments to ensure that it remains successful. The program should be tailored to the specific needs of the business, and should include a combination of policies, procedures, and controls. It should also be flexible enough to adapt to changing circumstances. One of the key components of a business governance program is the establishment of a board of directors or a management team. These individuals should be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and for ensuring that it is operated in a compliant and ethical manner. The board should also be responsible for reviewing and approving key decisions, such as financial statements and strategic plans. Another important component of a business governance program is the establishment of internal controls. These controls should be designed to prevent fraud, waste, and abuse, and to ensure that the business is operating efficiently and effectively. Internal controls should include policies and procedures for accounting, financial reporting, and risk management. In addition to internal controls, a business governance program should also include a system for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the business. This system should include regular reporting and analysis of key performance indicators, such as revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The results of this monitoring and evaluation should be used to make necessary adjustments to the business strategy and to ensure that the business remains on track to achieve its goals. Please send me information on what you would do How you would take this project on what approach would you take What would you produce How long would it take

Email from excel after update of each row
We have a shared order number spreadsheet but it is being abused as we have relaxed the authorisation. Therefore we need to bring it back. I need to somehow send an email to the admins when someone adds a new line. Ideally, it won't give them the order number until it is authorised (although it is sequential numbering). I am not sure this is done but seem to remember seeing it somewhere in the past.
I need a simple website with email address
I need someone to help me design a very easy but catchy website for my domestic abuse charity. I have log designs already. Just a one pager to start of with.

Web development working with React & upgrading the PHP
Below is a list of issues we face with our site, and I'm looking for someone to help bring it up to speed. There are things we can do, no worries, as we have an in-house developer, but we are noticing site issues across the back and front end. Though it might be helpful to see everything we need to do. If you are available for a call, we can go through how the site was built what we are looking to do with it etc ... Issues Identified: Intermittent Website Issues: Both websites experienced intermittent issues, including slow speeds and unexpected downtimes. Server Overload and Restart: The websites’ server experienced a high load, leading to a restart. Uncached traffic was identified as a significant contributor to the server overload. Old User Agents: A substantial amount of traffic from outdated browser versions (old user agents) was observed, potentially contributing to the high server load and uncached requests. Shared Server Issues: Both websites are hosted on a shared server, leading to occasional performance issues due to other ‘abusive’ accounts on the same server. Outdated PHP Version: The sites are running on PHP 7.4, which has reached its end of life, potentially leading to slower performance as many plugins/themes are optimized for PHP 8 and above. Storage and 50x Errors: Storage overages were noted but are not directly linked to the performance issues. Both sites experienced 50x errors, particularly 504 errors, indicating too many uncached requests and potential server-side or software malfunctions. Actions and Responses: WP Engine Support: WP Engine clarified their role is not development but can provide support in identifying issues. They provided resources and tools for addressing database optimization and uncached requests. Internal Actions: Consideration to work with the development team to address site-specific issues using provided resources and tools. A query was made on WP Engine’s capability to manage or provide solutions for uncached requests from old user agents. Shared Server Mitigation: WP Engine is addressing the issue of ‘abusive’ accounts on the shared server to mitigate the impact on other websites, including yours. Next Steps: Website Optimization: Review and potentially implement suggested tools and practices to optimize the websites, particularly focusing on uncached requests and database optimization. PHP and MySQL Upgrade Considerations: Evaluate and plan the transition to PHP 8.2 and ensure compatibility with the recently upgraded MySQL 8. Monitoring Shared Server Impact: Monitor the impact of actions taken by WP Engine to address ‘abusive’ accounts on the shared server’s performance.

Email marekting newsletter campaign series
We are a fundraising company and we need to recruit loads of new fundraisers to join our team. As a fundraiser their duties will involve collecting donations from passing members of the public on the street. They will be in a small team, approaching passers by and trying to get them to donate to the cause. The cause Our cause is the provision of a food bank service in London and surrounding areas. We are not just a normal food bank - the food we provide is of higher quality and freshly homemade, its not your average shop. As well as the food bank we also provide supportive accommodation for refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable people in the UK In addition to that we also provide humanitarian aid and relief with international projects, such as the Moroccan earthquake most recently, and now the Israel and Palestinian conflict. Through working with local partners on the ground, we are able to deliver much needed aid and support - through the financial donations we receive from the British public. All our funds come from the donors on the street, we receive no help or relief from the government. Aims Our aim is to grow significantly over the next few years. We realise that we can only do that through expanding our team of fundraisers on the ground. We have set a goal of having 100 fundraisers by this time next year, for that we need to average around 5 new fundraisers a week - who hopefully stay with us and don't leave. However, we note that turnover for this job as a whole is really high, with the average street fundraiser staying in the job for only 3 months before finding something else. Therefore we also need to make the job itself more interesting, mixing financial incentives with non financial incentives to motivate people more. We are trying to position the job as a self employed role, whereby they can work whatever hours they want, clock in and out whenever they want, and earn as much as they want. All they need is some basic equipment that they can hold onto. Equipment they need All they need is a card terminal reader machine, I.D badge and uniform, which we provide them when they start. We send them to various hotspot locations for them to work, but they are also free to choose any spots they think might also be just as good for them. They will get initial training on the first day, where they will be supervised by a team leader and they will always have a team leader with them on a shift so they are not alone unless in some people prefer to work on their own, independently, this is fine and in this case they won't have a supervisor or need one. Pay Payment for fundraisers is on a commission basis. We used to do an hourly rate but found that many people abused this system. They would simply sit down all day and not work, and just collect their hourly payment. We are thinking of introducing a basic hourly pay, and topping this up with commission - this could work as well. Payment is made 3 days after each shift (except Sundays and Bank Holidays), by cash or bank transfer. Recruitment process 1. Someone applies for the job via the form on the landing page 2. We contact them by email or phone to ask them to come in for the 'trial', a 2 hour shift (paid for), we are the only place that pays people for their trial, nowhere else does this 3. They come in to the office for the trial shift 4. If they like it they come back every day (11am-6pm) Marketing requirement So we have created a simple landing page from which to recruit the applicants for the fundraising job. The landing page will capture their personal details, such as their name, availability, experience, email and contact number. This form is linked with our MailPoet email sending service. So what we need now is to create a series of automation emails that will be sent to the applicants over a series of consecutive weeks, to get them to come in for the first shift. A lot of people apply for the job but then that's it, they don't bother to attend the interview. Some people are not really interested in the job, they are just looking for something to pass the time until they find a more suitable job that is 9-5. The commission pay is a big turn off for many people, so we need to find a way to overcome this. The first email can be a welcome email, then a 'what to expect email', then more information about the job email, such as pay, timings, etc., then we can send more enticing emails, success stories, anything to get them to come in for the first trial really. We just need you to draft the content of the emails, the text and images, we can manage the publishing and configure it with MailPoet.
