Project Overview I am looking for an experienced architectural designer or architectural technician to prepare a complete set of planning drawings for a proposed detached garden building at my property in Rother District, East Sussex. The property is a semi-detached house, and the proposed building will be located in the rear garden. The building will be approximately 6m x 7m (around 42m²) and will be used as a: * Home gym * Games/entertainment room * Toilet and shower room The drawings will need to be suitable for submission as part of a householder planning application to Rother District Council. Large garden flat rework drawings

We are in Willesden Green, NW2, and need onsite design - we have a kitchen, utility room, bedroom and 'library' to be drawn for our builder (and I can't believe how difficult it is to find someone!). Attached a floorplan - we are ditching the kitchen and starting from scratch with underfloor heating, replacing the adjoining shower room as a utility room, and building an ensuite into a bedroom to replace the lost shower. We are also converting one of the sitting rooms into a library, as per the attached photo. We have a carpenter who will do / supervise the works etc, but he/we need drawings and inspiration. 3D SketchUp 2020 from OBJ or E57 and house design

UK large house. Need to convert into SketchUp the survey data (captured using matterport) and then model in the new proposed dwelling. Client is considering different options on the site and want a 3D view to be able to decide which option to progress to construction. Ideally want workflow to be be producing and supplying SketchUp2020 version models so I can interrogate models, and make own minor adjustments. I own a rural property near Santa Margherita di Belice, Sicily, surrounded by countryside and olive trees. The plot is approximately 3,900 sqm and includes: an existing small house of about 60 sqm; a registered collapsed/rural building/ruin; olive trees and open land; old rectangular tuff quarry cuts below ground level; an existing access on one side; a possible new main entrance/gate from a lower road. At this stage I am not looking for technical drawings for permits and I am not looking for an architect to deal with Italian planning regulations. Later, when the concept is clear, I will work with a local Italian architect, engineer and surveyor for permissions, structure and execution.
