3D SketchUp 2020 from OBJ or E57 and house design

UK large house. Need to convert into SketchUp the survey data (captured using matterport) and then model in the new proposed dwelling.

Client is considering different options on the site and want a 3D view to be able to decide which option to progress to construction.

Ideally want workflow to be be producing and supplying SketchUp2020 version models so I can interrogate models, and make own minor adjustments.

Want to have ability to use meta quest VR head set for the client to experience the proposed design. I have been told this can be done from SketchUp to Twinmotion to Meta Quest.

The files have been uploaded to a shared dropbox folder containing:-
- Matterport exported E57 files
- Mateterport exported OBJ & XYZ files
- PFD drawings showing the proposed dwelling details and changes to make from the plans to the 3d model
- A site top plan in pdf and AutoCAD format
- A indicative landscape plan which will need to be amended to suit the proposed schemes.

Q&A's

Q1. How many design options would you like developed initially (e.g., 2–3 or more)?
A1. 3 options in the files. Refinement from these will be expected as the proposed is modelled.

Q2. Is there any priority option already, or should I treat all schemes equally at concept stage?
A2. All equal at the moment.

Q3. Do you want the output focused purely on planning-level massing, or should I also consider early interior layout detailing?
A3. Exterior priority at the moment. The internal part priority is the wellness area / pool and how that interacts with the main stairwell and lift to the rear garden. Maybe some indication of rear ground floor rooms as they interact with the rear garden space. But the rest of the internal spaces are not of priority at the moment. That will follow after the main massing and the rear garden to pool layout has been further developed.
