Build a premium Shopify wholesale website from supplied designs

I'm looking for an experienced Shopify developer to build a clean, premium wholesale website for my new brand, West Park Designs.

The website has already been planned and designed. I need someone who can accurately build the site using Shopify and follow the supplied layouts and branding.

The brand sells premium paper napkins and tableware to independent retailers, gift shops, farm shops, garden centres and home & lifestyle stores.

The website is trade only.

Ideally I would like:

Customers to apply for a trade account
Prices only visible once a customer has been approved and logged in
Trade ordering through Shopify

I'm happy to use an app if this is the simplest solution.

Confirmation that you can build from supplied designs rather than redesigning the site. Obviously i'd be open to suggestions that may make the site look and feel better.

My budget is limited, so I'm looking for someone who is efficient and comfortable working from an existing design rather than creating one from scratch.

A quick note:
I'm currently juggling a business launch alongside two young children during the summer holidays, so whilst I'd love to get this website completed as quickly as possible, my availability to answer questions or provide feedback during the day will be limited.

For that reason, I'm looking for someone who is proactive, can work from a detailed brief with minimal hand-holding, and can bundle questions together rather than sending lots of individual messages. I'll always respond as soon as I can, but there may occasionally be a short delay.

If you're happy working independently and keeping the project moving, I think we'll work really well together.
