We have built a small web app and we want an independent technology professional and app developer to check it over, fix what the check finds, and then look after it. We are not asking anyone to rebuild it. We are seeking two things: your costs, and your approach. Tell us what you would do, in what order and why, as well as what it would cost. About the Requirement * We are looking for non-technical professionals, preferably from creative backgrounds, to participate in an app testing/user experience study. * No prior QA or testing experience is required. * The tester will be required to use/run the app and perform assigned activities while the session is being recorded. * The session will be approximately 3 hours on one day during the scheduled project period. * Testers should be comfortable communicating in English and following instructions during the session. * A laptop/desktop and mobile is mandatory. iOS/Android availability will be considered based on the overall device requirement. * Payment will be subject to successful completion of the assigned session.

We are looking for a proactive and organised Business Development Executive to help us develop new business opportunities and build relationships within the assisted living and sheltered accommodation sector. The Role The main focus of this role will be to research, identify and contact warden-assisted accommodation, sheltered housing schemes, retirement living communities and similar residential facilities. You will be responsible for creating a high-quality database of relevant organisations and decision-makers, making initial contact, introducing DA Removals' services, and identifying opportunities for potential partnerships and referrals. Key Responsibilities • Research and identify warden-assisted accommodation, sheltered housing schemes, retirement communities and supported living facilities. • Build and maintain a detailed database of potential contacts and organisations. • Identify key decision-makers • Make initial contact via telephone, email and other appropriate business channels. • Introduce DA Removals and explain the services we can provide to residents who are moving into, out of or between accommodation. • Develop relationships with accommodation providers and explore partnership or referral opportunities. • Keep accurate records of all research, communication and follow-up activity. Skills and Experience The ideal candidate will have: • Strong research and internet-based lead generation skills. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Confidence speaking to businesses and decision-makers by telephone. • Good organisational and administrative skills. • Experience using spreadsheets, CRM systems or lead databases. • The ability to work independently and manage their own workload. • A proactive and professional approach to business development. • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development or customer service is desirable but not essential.
