    Hello,

    I have some questions regarding the project:

    - Should patients receive SMS or WhatsApp notifications for booking confirmations and status changes?
    - Will administrators manage multiple clinics, doctors, and different weekly schedules?
    - Do you have an existing backend or should I develop the complete API and database?

    -/ Will AmanaCare initially have only the current clinics shown in the designs, such as physiotherapy, cupping and rheumatology, or should admins be able to create new departments and doctors dynamically?

    -/ Should each appointment have a fixed patient capacity or can multiple patients reserve the same session?

    -/ When patients track a booking, should phone number alone be enough or should we require phone number plus National ID/booking number for additional privacy?

    -/ Should clinic staff be able to reschedule/cancel a patient's appointment from the dashboard, and do you need separate admin accounts/permissions for receptionists, doctors and management?

    Hi Omar,

    Just two points we'd like to confirm:

    1. Will the system initially manage one doctor/clinic schedule, or should the admin be able to manage multiple doctors/services and their schedules independently?

    2. When a patient submits a booking, should it be confirmed immediately or reviewed by the admin first? Once confirmed, would you prefer the patient to be notified through push notification, SMS or WhatsApp?
