Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am a graphic designer and have a website that requires an EXPERT programmer who can convert it into content manageable html.
Preferably I would love it if someone can create it from the Indesign files I have, but if that is a problem, I can provide the concepts in Illustrator or Photoshop or a combination of all of the above. I have a site that mimics the exact movement I want. I think this site is set up in flash, but I have been told this is possible WITHOUT having to use flash. I DO NOT want a flash site. The site with the movement style is:
http://lassepedersen.biz/#/campaign/
I have ben told that this can be done with pure html5 & css3 / or js css2, pure css/javascript and ajax, but personally I\'d like to avoid HTML5 as i have also been told it has a few hiccups. I\'m open to suggestions, the important thing is that it mimics the movement and page transitions identically to the \'lasse pedersen\' site and it also has the ability to allow non techies to change images and text later down the track and it is NOT DONE IN FLASH. It of course also needs to be quick loading.
I have attached a very rough pdf of what some of the site pages will look like. Its a very simply designed site, its just the way it moves that will be the tricky bit.
I have attached a site plan for a better understanding of the set up.
Added things to consider:
• Would like bids that have two sections to them: the initial cost for the basic site and then another added cost for adding an online shopping ability to the \'flux\' pages labeled in the site plan.
• Ability to enquire about a piece by clicking on to the image which then enlarges the image and has a link on it going to an email page that sends an email to the Thomas Meihofer or Flux, naming the piece and mentioning the enquiry with contact details for follow-up
DO NOT BID if you are not 100% sure you are able to perform ALL these tasks. And please do not try to convince me to do this in flash.
I don\'t mind if you bid in a fixed term or per page, but at the bare minimum I need an educated estimate for the cost of putting the whole thing together.
If you require further information just ask. Otherwise bid on! And remember I would like a bid on the basic site and then on one that has a shopping cart facility on the labeled pages on the site plan.
If you think I\'m dreaming... be sure to let me know :)
Thanks!
