Virtual Personal Assistant

I am a free-lance consultant who is getting too busy to do their own administration. I could need help with any of the following:

- Bookkeeping, invoicing and submitting VAT returns
- Diary management
- General administration
- Database entry into marketing database, reporting on this database (MS Access)
- Emailshotting using Mailchimp
- Basic administration of web site (Wordpress)
- Personal money tasks
- Chasing clients and prospects
- Personal admin tasks
- Research

UK based only please.
You need to be efficient and professional, I don't want to ever have to chase you up (that's your job on me!) , technology & web savvy (not a geek but used to using Blackberry/iPhone,all MS Office Applications and willing to get hands dirty on learning basic tasks with Mailchimp and Wordpress) and friendly and personable. Oh yes and intelligent as well - degree level preferred.

I'm looking at first to trial someone for maybe 10 hours a month for 3 months. If that works out we can carry that on ad infinitum & maybe give you more stuff to do.
