I run a website called We Love Accents (www.weloveaccents.co.uk).
I frequently need to contact individuals and organisations for
permission to feature their videos and webpages on my own
website.
I am looking for a virtual assistant to co-ordinate and take over
this role. The role would involve :-
Producing some standard email and letter, wording and layouts for
approaching individuals and organisations about their material.
Also, I would like to produce a spreadsheet/database to keep
track of who has been approached when and their contact details.
Once we have some standard emails/letter formats, the role would
then involved sending out those emails and letters, and checking
email responses and co-ordinating replies. The role will also sometimes
involve contacting people by telephone.
I would be looking for someone to perhaps do this role on the basis
of two to three hours per week initially.
The ideal person would be someone with great interpersonal skills,
a good sense of fun, great written and spoken communication skills
and who is well-organised.
Familiarity with Twitter and Facebook, or the ability to research
and write interesting web articles, could also be especially useful.
A nice strong regional accent would also be a major bonus.
