Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
General information for the website: We sell car parts with a Magento 1.9 web store
Description of requirements/features: We have a Magento 1.9 website and use Klarna to collect payments. When orders are made using Klarna, the incorrect VAT is applied and all buyers pay VAT at 0%. The amount is correct until the call is returned by Klarna and then it changes to 0%. We would like this troubleshooting so the correct VAT amount is kept. The details provided by Klarna support is written below;
"Our technicians have now further analysed the problem outlined by you below. Like previously stated by my colleague Olivia, we initially receive the correct VAT information from you when the checkout session is initially created. However, as the customer fills in their address and clicks on "Continue", an API-call is sent to you informing of the address that has been filled in. In the response ("Shipping Service Callback Response") that we receive from you, the tax is then removed, which is why the orders are created without tax."
Secondly, when a buyer checks out on our store, the default selected payment option is "Klarna - Pay Later". I would like the default selected option to be "Klarna - Pay Now".
Specific technologies required: Klarna, Magento
Extra notes: Details about the Klarna Magento module can be found here; https://developers.klarna.com/uploads/media/5390681c6ee93.pdf
