We are a company who specialises in distributing flyers and leaflets via drop door marketing campaigns on behalf of other businesses nationwide.
We require telesales professionals to sell our service to SMEs who provide products and services to any B2C sector. This will involve proactively selling the benefits of our service and securing bookings over the phone or informing them of our website where they can 'book in' drop door distribution campaigns online.
B2B calling lists will be provided, however sourcing own B2B calling lists is perfectly acceptable -especially if you have specialist knowledge of an area or business sector.
We charge businesses £40 per thousand leaflets/flyers that businesses want delivered with our average order value being £600.
Your earnings for this outsourced role is commission only at 20% from the gross sale of all successful bookings you make. So, for example, our average sale order value is at £600, this can provide you with commission of £120 per average sale order.
Please note although our minimum order value is £50 for distribution campaigns in london and the south east, and £100 for the rest of the UK, we suggest you advise businesses that the minimum amount of leaflets/flyers that should be distributed to achieve reasonable results is 5,000 , which would earn you a more respectable commission of at least £40 -anything lower than this i dare say isn't worth your time (unless you were an employee of ours).
There is the potential for higher earnings, to give you an indication of whats possible, to date our largest single order booked via telesales was for the drop door distribution of 150,000 leaflets in Kent - this would earn £1,500 in commission for you from one phone call.
Currently our small internal telesales team easily secure on average between 1 to 4 sales a day, based on a 10 to 5 approach. It is however permissible for you to make calls after 5pm if you wish, as some businesses who you'll be targeting are only open in the evenings -such as restaurants and takeaways.
We are a national company but our most profitable areas in rendering our distribution services are to those campaigns based in London and the South East, due to the fact this is where main offices are are. In recognition of the profitability of these areas, sales made where media will be distributed in London or the South East will attract a higher commission rate of 25%.
This job posting is to test whether we can gain a bigger turnover from outsourcing our sales activities as opposed to employing more internal staff.
