Estimated project duration: 1 - 2 weeks
A building designed in DERBY to a standard that could be submitted for Local Authority planning approval. A highly sustainable and low energy scheme is required. Advanced technical, constructional, structural and environmental design. Inspirations, Abstract to Concept to Form Finding. Form Generation (Sketch Development). Building Form and Space Analysis. Personal progress files.
• Prepare to RIBA STAGE 2/3 (Developed Design), design drawings to satisfactorily illustrate your scheme as if you were submitting an application to the Local Authority Planning Department.
You are required to research into what type, size and scale of drawings required however you would be expected to produce:
• Site plan
• Floor plans
• Sections
• Elevations
• 3D images

I've let the brief attached in a word document and a example of what the booklet should look like.
