We are an established technology company looking to outsource our Google PPC campaigns. Our campaigns are aimed at businesses based in the UK.
For now the scope (and budget) of this project will involve tweaking an established (read tired) campaign we’ve been running for a year (both Analytics and PPC data). We’re expecting campaign optimisation so a refresh (expansion) of keywords, a rejig of the account structure etc… We’re also interested in the reports so we can justify the cost to the office ‘bean counter’ i.e. tracking ROI.
You’ll need to be a safe pair of hands since you\'ll have full access to our Analytics data, PPC account, and (if necessary) our web site (to customise our landing pages / increase conversions).
We are open to (and expecting) ideas such as:
• A/B testing
• Landing page optimisation
• Location targeting
• Experimenting with Delivery method, position preference, ad scheduling, ad rotation
• Modifying any on-site factors to increase the conversion rate
• Increasing our Quality score across the account
• In fact anything to improve our ROI (creative thinkers most welcome)

To us the working relationship (chemistry) with the freelancer is important because we have a number of other PPC / SEO / SEM campaigns budgeted in for F/Y 2011 (so brownie points for experience of below).
Assuming all goes well with this project we’ll be looking to:
• implement another dozen or so campaigns
• replicate successful campaigns to Bing / Yahoo
• experiment with the Google Display Network (and Demographic bidding)
• experiment with Adwords Campaign Experiments
• full on SEO
• tentative steps into social media
The budget is for campaign optimisation (&setup) – and assuming a great working relationship we’ll be able to commit ourselves to a monthly retainer for campaign maintenance.
Extensive experience with Google Adwords is a must along with great references and case studies.
