Key Responsibilities
• Updating, repairing, modifying and developing existing software and generic applications
• Develop from detailed specification through discussion with clients
• Working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a projects
• Adapting to new customer requirements as necessary
• Consulting manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge
Extremely Advantageous
• Experience with NetSuite's Cloud based ERP business software systems
• Experience in integrating ERP with external portals and back-office systems
• Suite scripting experience
• NetSuite Certifications
Essential Knowledge & Skills
• Proven and demonstrable customer representation and interaction with analysis and documentation capabilities with good listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Writing - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
• Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
• Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
• Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
• Social Perceptiveness - Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
• Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Customer Service – Ability to talk to customers and assess the business impact of their problems and react accordingly.
• Support – Time spent working on a support desk or in this environment
