Description
Experience Level: Expert
I have a worksheet with the following columns:
UniqueID, Year, Measure, Type, Segment, Company, Score and Rank.
e.g. XYZ,2018, Management Performance, Weighted, All Participants, JoeBlogs Ltd, 50%, 3
I am preparing a dashboard and need help in writing formulae to return certain results.
1st Performing Segment (or smallest rank)
I have written the following array formula to return the minimum rank (best performing segment) for when certain criteria are met:
=MIN(IF(Final_Data[[#All],[Year]] = Sheet1!$F$3,IF(Final_Data[[#All],[Measure]] = Sheet1!C8,IF(Final_Data[[#All],[Weighted]] = Sheet1!$K$2,IF(Final_Data[[#All],[Company]] = Sheet1!$F$2,Final_Data[[#All],[Rank]])))))
First problem: If more than one segment score the same rank, it will only return the first one. In this instance, I want it to return the row with the highest score.
In a separate column, I want to return the UniqueID associated with this row.
I then want to do the 2nd and 3rd performing segment and using the unique ID, I want to make sure that this then ignores the 1st performing segment.
Hopefully this makes sense but do feel free to ask any questions. If possible, I need help this afternoon (UK Time).
