Magento Product Page 2 Columns with Left Side Bar - Customisation

General information for the website: Would like to get the product page customised.

Description of requirements
1) Remove / Comment out the " tags ", " product description " and "reviews"

2) Currently the product page is 1 Column. As soon we select the product page to 2 columns, it changes the layout to be un compatible. We need this fixed. We need 2 columns layout with left side bar. We have attached the image how it should look in the end. Once done, it would be easy to change the layout from back-end by selecting page layout to be 2 columns.
I have used the theme Milano.

3) The theme is responsive. Once you have performed the customisation, please ensure the page is responsive. For Tablet appearance, image and product title (right box) can appear and you can disappear the left sider-bar. For Mobile appearance, It should be image and then underneath Product text as it is right now.

I will only provide access to specific file types that you require via ftp. You must not delete any original. Instead comment out and add new code.
