Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are a recruitment advertising consultancy and we are writing an article all about the difficulties in sourcing the right calibre of Candidate within a skills shortage industry.
For example: Witnessing an experienced Car Sales person applying for a Solicitors job!
We want a cartoon created of a Greasy overalled Mechanic with a tool box and a spanner in their hand turning up for a Chef job in a busy Kitchen with other members of the kitchen Chef team staring at him looking horrified. The Head Chef staring at him in disgust with his hands crossed etc. The underlining subliminal message behind this being “Why on earth did this guy apply for the role of Chef when he’s clearly skilled in a completely different industry?” to match the content of what our article will present to the reader.
We are looking for character and background detail, colour, clarity of message and humour.
There is plenty of opportunity for ongoing work for the right person as we regularly post articles.
We already have another project lined up (for when this is complete) and this is to create characters that we can apply to all of our articles in the same way, characters such as:
John and Jenny the job seekers
Eleanor and Elliott the Employers
Ravi and Rachel the Recruiters
Look forward to hearing from you!
