Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need to have an access tool developed that can be accessible from a web page to manage media content we receive and provide off to customers.
Main Tables will be
1. Content : ContentAssetID, Content title, Content Description, length, genre, actor, actress, DateofProduction, AvailabilityDate, QCDate, Fr translated Name, Fr content desc, RelatedContentAssetID (parent or child)
2. Customers: CustIDCode, Name, address, country, Status, EmployeeOwner, VIP(Y/N), XmasGift
3. Customer Contact: CustIDCode, Persons Name, Contact email, Contact Tel
4. Deliveries : CustIDCode, ContentAssetID, deliveryDate, StartMonth, SellingPrice, BuysMonth1, BuysMonth2...BuysMonth12
5. EmployeeName
6. ChannelName: ChannelID, Channelname
7. Smartcard: SmartcardID, SmartcardNumber, ChannelID, Package, CustIDCode
The idea is customers are listed in a table, Customer contacts are listed in a table and content is recorded in a table.
Content is then sent to or allocated to customers in deliveries (delivery may have 1 or many pieces of content). Buys are entered in the subsequent months the content is available.
Form to add customers, edit customers, delete customers
Form to add content, edit content in table
Form to manage customer contacts (add/Modify)
Form to add Deliveries (chose available content for customer, based on filters on Genre, Dateof Prod etc)
Form to add Buys to a delivery per asset on any delivery
Form to add Smartcards, Edit Smartcard allocation by selecting the customer and the channel allocated
Report to show content buys across all customers, or per customer or per country
Report to show content deliveries
Report to show Customer deliveries
Report to show smartcards by channelname, or by customer, or by package
Plus other things that will fall out of this.

Hello there;
Do you really a web-based MS Access database or you can install it on your local network too?
MS Access is very powerful on Desktops, but with limited functionality on the Web. If no one needs to access your MS Access database on the Web, then you can have a desktop version with all the functionality. If so, just send me an invite to show you the sample I have done in the last 15 years.
