Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
Industry: Technology
Design details: I am PhD student writing up my thesis. As part of my research work I have designed a basic conceptual model that is currently presented as a 2D black and white basic "block" diagram. It was produced using MS Visio. I would like to update and finalise the model, if possible in a 3D format, but still black and white only, with a very clear and professional presentation. I would also like to see how elements of other model diagrams could be incorporated into my own one. The model is my own work and I will provide all the information for what is to be included in the diagram, I just need help with the graphic design / visual presentation aspects. I would like the opportunity to make adjustments/refinements as part of the process of producing the model/diagram and I will also required the files in a commonly used format (e.g. .vsd) so that I can make further amendments myself in future, if required.
The diagram/model is a conceptual model of a computerised information system for cancer hospitals.
Please, I would only like to receive proposals from PPHer's who have specific experience of producing this type of model/diagram - it is not really an infographic, more of a technical model, similar to UML diagrams, and has to be a clear, crisp, back and white diagram, suitable for use in a PhD thesis.
I expect to be open to receive suitable and relevant proposals for the next week or so but may not select one to go with until 26th August when I will be ready for the work to start.
Thank you.
Target audience: professors, researchers, health informatics
Ideas for the visual style: multi-dimensional block diagram
Things to avoid: colour, cartoon style, marketing style
Preferred colors: black and white only
Where the design will be used: PhD thesis (published online & hard copy document)
