Description

Experience Level: Expert
I am a moderate experienced private user of Vaio, (Xp pro, downgraded from Vista!) Outlook 2003.
I have been using Bigfoot.com service (it forwards to up to 5 of my email addresses) for over 10 yrs as my main personal email name (yahoo as secondary).

Bigfoot is now v unreliable. I need to talk strategy / implementation of of replacement address system. I have my own unused domain (@myname.com) plus sundry yahoo and Gmail accounts and potential new biz emails.

should I have an exchange server ( I am not big on any more maintenance!!) or set up, say, a new Gmail acc and be done with it - for future proofing.

Also what is best way to inform a few hundred contact of my new address? Can one use 'plaxo' in reverse or use Outlook vcards?? or what? I have a dread of all this change and need help to be up beat about it!!
So, I need an experienced expert of Outlook 2003 and emails generally to hold my hand etc - using Skype- in a time zone close to GMT ONLY
pls. ASAP
