Experience Level: Intermediate
To build the frame work for an Access database so that we can input info regarding licenses that we hold on behalf of our clients. We need to be able to interrogate the data and obtain reports based on a verity of instances. E.G: -
â�’¢ Live licenses, i.e. ones that we are currently holding.
â�’¢ Historical licenses, i.e. ones we have held in the past and now transferred.
â�’¢ Live licenses by bill cycle i.e. monthly Quarterly.
â�’¢ Sites that require visits/next visit due
â�’¢ Filter high, med, low risk sites
â�’¢ From the fee information, it will say who is due an invoice that month and how much it should be i.e. £200 for holding licence, £100 for providing DPS, 1 site visit £300 this month = £600. (If it were possible for the system to then turn the selected items into an invoice for printing then that would be even better!)
â�’¢ The ability to attach/link documents, (mainly pdfâ��s) associated with the corresponding licence.
â�’¢ A â��notesâ�� box for free text
â�’¢ The ability to print a template letter to the local authority when we have consented to transfer the licence.

I'm sure that to an expert this job is should be fairly basic but I would not have a clue where to star, hence putting it out to tender.
