Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are an online car exporter with our customers predominantly based in Africa and New Zealand and we are looking for an outsource solution for our client services. The website has been live for under two months and we have now got 400 regsitered users.
As a UK company we are looking for a small/medium team of outsource workers who have English as their first or second language, and have the ability to speak and understand English very clearly for telephony service.
The role would be an ongoing and will build and would consist of:-
1. An initial call with our new website registered uses about 3-10 per day (this number will go up as we spend more on marketing)
2. Monthly calls with registered users to notify them of new website features, encourage them to use the website more, or to help them understand the buying process.
3. Take unbound call from clients through a VOIP number and work off a scrip to keep them on the buying path.
4. Respond to inbound emails where a client needs more pricing. Pricing will be through a simple price matrix.
5. Feeding back all communication and data on a client section of our website.
Once we have shortlisted applicants we will need to interview each member of the proposed team to ensure the quality and to verify the skills required.
Please note we are NOT looking for an individual here, the role is for an existing outsource team.
