General information for the business: World leaders in the manufacture of safety and environmental emissions monitoring systems for the global marine industry, and UK distributor of difibrillators
Kind of support: Invoicing, Other
Description of support work: We are looking for a enthusiastic, positive, motivated and determined individual to assist in the collection of our outstanding debt.
Our customers are all over the world so you'd need to be comfortable calling customers in different countries, although language skills aren't required as everyone speaks English. Calling is the priority but there will be some email chasing required and responding to messages.
Initially we are thinking around 20 hours per week but this would be monitored depending on how successful this route proves to be for us, as well as how our business changes.
Due to the International nature of the debt and the fact that c40% of the debt is in the far east we'd require a significant amount of the hours to be early in the morning as they are 7-8 hours ahead meaning by 9am they may have finished for the day.
We are flexible in which days and hours but needs to be when our customers are open so would need to be Monday to Friday as well as the early morning element I mentioned but could be done over 3 days, 5 days, some early start, some late afternoon etc.
Remote working is an option, as is coming into our offices in Rotherham (Manvers), whichever works best for the best candidate.
