Experience Level: Entry Level
I require one or 2 additional VAs to act as back up on our phones taking messages from our clients' callers. Primarily I will need you on shift 4pm to 6pm Mon-Thu and on standby (answer on 3rd ring) any other times. Need to be available between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday hours to suit for back up.

If you were to do this any extra projects I need help with I will put your way which will involve order processing, research, data base entry, chasing invoices etc. You must have an excellent telephone manner and be on a voip telephone (not skype). Additional help will pay at hourly rate to be agreed.

Would suit someone who works from home during the day and doesn't spend lots of time going out of the house.
Calls will be recorded the first couple of days to see how you handle clients and then sporadicly for quality monitoring purposes.

Please do not apply if you have small children or barking dogs who could be heard in the background or have other commitments which means you cannot cover the late afternoon shifts. I also require native English speakers please.
