Hello everyone,
We are a business to business telemarketing company that generate appointments for our clients on a pure pay by results basis - we work for a range of clients including accountants, solicitors and banks.
Role description:
Your role will be to call companies from an online database, which we will provide you with, to arrange appointments for our clients. Telemarketing experience is essential. Extensive technical knowledge is not necessary as you will not be selling any service over the telephone, you only be generating appointments. Excellent telecommunication skills are absolutely essential to successfully engage decision makers and arrange appointments with them.
The position is home based.
Salary:
All staff will be provided with an hourly wage of 10 pounds per hour. Commissions will also be provided.
Duration:
On going long term work will be made available to selected professionals.
Please note - All initial projects will be on a trial basis before a more permanent and higher paying proposition is made.
Targets:
Each professional will be assigned with daily appointment setting targets to meet. The targets will be realistic and based on what other telesales professionals have been able to achieve for the business in the past. Exceeding the defined targets would lead to an increase in the size of the commission received per appointment set.
Selection:
Before the project is awarded we will have a telephone conversation with all potential candidates to answer any questions they may have in regards to the position and to ensure they are suitable for it.
Starting date:
As soon as a candidate has been selected they will be offered to start for an agreed number of hours per week from a date convenient for them in the proceeding week. Candidates will work from home.
