The outcome we want is for a polished, formatted report to be created automatically from results in an excel questionnaire.
The data in the spreadsheet will vary per client, but we will want the report to be created in the same way every time.
We want the report to be created in Microsoft Word from the Excel document, and the report will include graphs and colour coding.
Ideally, we want a reusable excel template that could repeatedly produce reports automatically.
Most of the report will include pre-prepared wording, which will appear on the report depending on the results in the Excel spreadsheet. The relevant results in the Excel spreadsheet will mainly be percentages. For example, if the result is higher than X%, X text will automatically be entered into the report.
Some of the information in the Excel spreadsheet will be free text, which will be entered as is into the report. Some of the information will be either 'Yes' or 'No', and pre-prepared wording will be entered into the report depending on whether the result is 'Yes' or 'No'
