Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
We are looking to work with an experienced telemarketer to follow up (100#) leads from an exhibition at the end of October.
To start the project the freelancer will need to do some research in to our business and our products, so that they can gain a basic understanding.
Each of the leads falls in to a different category (ie. job role) which you will be told about before the call takes place, each category will require a different approach due to the different ways in which they will use our products but the end goal for all leads is to arrange an appointment with one of our Account Managers.
Once they have agreed to have an Account Manager come out to meet them, the freelancer will confirm a w/c date and pass the details of the potential back to our business development team for us to follow up in-house.
Due to the nature of the leads it may take a number of calls to book a successful meeting, we therefore request there is no minimum number of calls but that the freelancer intuitively make decisions surrounding this - this can be discussed in further detail once the project is awarded.

Appreciate the invite.
Beyond the 100+ leads from the show, do you anticipate further longevity or will that conclude this campaign?
Given the fact that multiple calls will have to be made and as you wisely indicated 'intuitively' conducted, would an hourly rate be the most equitable way forward?
When do you need to get started on the campaign allowing for some prep / orientation time?
