Description
Experience Level: Expert
Responsible, tech savvy administrator with great attention to detail is needed - ideally based locally in North London, to work as a freelancer approx. 10 hours pw. Initially quote to do 10 hours work between acceptance of proposal and 18 September. By then regular weekly schedule will be finalised and agreed with you if you're suitable. Then once your competence is better understood, further responsibilities will be assigned to you as there are more business critical skills that need to be delegated once the right administrator is found.
Initially the work will involve:
• Posting 2-3 blogs a week on our wordpress platform.
• Taking responsibility for Calendly appointments
• Scheduling social media posts via Hootsuite.
• Requesting invoices to be raised by bookkeeper
• Adding payment links to our standard emails and otherwise saving amended templates on our systems
• Posting up webpages on our wordpress websites when needed.
• Acknowledging invoice payments or chasing them
• Arranging payments via Transferwise or Go Cardless.
• Obtaining key dates reports from our Microsoft Dynamics system and sending them to fee earners.
• Filing case emails – (gradually to learn)
• Assisting with file opening formalities, such as doing various company and other checks.
• Maintaining list of signed contracts by freelancers and others.
When responding to proposal please include your CV and highlight in the proposal any relevant experience - e.g. in using Calendly, wordpress etc - and whether you envisage delegating tasks to others in your team.
